1. Personal Data

Nailalchemy respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors. Personal data provided by the customer are treated with utmost care and confidentiality. The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the requirements set by the Privacy Act.
The customer provides the beauty salon with personal data for the preparation of a customer record, which is processed in the customer database. In doing so, the customer also provides the beauty salon with all data relevant to the careful execution of the agreed treatment prior to the treatment. The beauty salon will not sell or rent the customer's data to third parties without the customer's written consent.

2. Confidentiality

The beauty salon is obliged to keep all confidential information provided by the customer during the treatment confidential. We consider information to be confidential if it is disclosed by the client or if it arises from the nature of the information. Based on a legal provision or a court ruling, the duty of confidentiality expires and the beauty salon is obliged to disclose the confidential information to third parties.
